Cyanna staff has rich experience in a wide variety of school operational areas – from regulatory compliance to licensure and accreditation. Cyanna has experience and provides sound consulting advice in all aspects of school operations: lead generation, admissions performance, academic outcomes, default management, completion and placement improvement strategies and more.
Cyanna supports school leaders in their efforts to engage in the state regulatory and accreditation process by providing research, resources, and tools to help improve and sustain student and overall school performance. Schools will learn how to turn data into evidence, make an in-depth exploration of the four elements of continuous quality improvement processes (vision, profile, plan and implementation, and results), and gain useful information for conducting successful internal reviews as well as preparing for the Quality Assurance Review.
Cyanna aids schools with each component of the accreditation process – meeting standards, implementing a continuous improvement process, and engaging in quality assurance through internal and external review.
