A web-based business workflow system for submitting, retrieving, processing, and analyzing required compliance data. EDvera functions as both a web-based workflow and data repository system for any type of stakeholder scenario, e.g., associations, membership based organizations, colleges, universities, and technical and vocational postsecondary institutions.
- Oversee the facilitation of Annual revenue collections.
- Licensing, registering and certifying of all proprietary schools; including a review of the owners’ background, financial viability, corporate purpose, and physical facilities.
- Reviewing and evaluating of new school applications.
- Reviewing and evaluating school license renewals.
- Evaluating, approving and issuing director’s licenses annually for at least one individual at each of the licensed, registered or certified schools.
- Evaluating, approving and issuing all instructors’ teaching credentials annually for every instructor employed by each registered school.
- Evaluating, approving, and issuing recruiting agent’s certificates annually for individuals who procure, solicit, or enroll students for attendance at any school in the State or any non-degree proprietary school located outside of the State.
- Annual review and approval of all programs/courses of instruction offered by the licensed or registered schools within the State.
- Investigating and resolving of any complaints annually, with investigations, formal and informal case reviews hearings and other legal proceedings.
- Maintaining an archive of hundreds or thousands of records representing school, personnel, curriculum, complaint and field visit history.
- Registering any out-of-state schools having approved recruiting agents located in the State.
- Maintaining a dynamic listing of all unlicensed schools including their current disciplinary status, if any.
- Maintaining a dynamic listing of any and all pending schools that have applied for licensure/registration/certification.
- Registering licensure-qualifying programs through currently approved teacher-training course professional school associations.
- Developing and distributing a wide range of consumer oriented and sector specific information for the public and licenses in print and electronic formats.
